It is a 100% organic pastamade withoutthe use of fertilizers or other harmful substances and its only ingredients are semolina and water.
From the craftsmanship, it is bronze drawn and has a slow drying at low temperature.
The packaging – minimal and with attention to detail – pays attention to the environment as it is entirely recyclableand, once the pasta is finished,it can be reused.
